iPhone SE First Impressions

Hey guys and welcome back! Apple just revealed their latest iPhone on Tuesday morning at their special event in Cupertino, USA. I thought I would post about my first impressions on the phone itself, so here we go.

Apple has decided to go back to the "boxy" design of the iPhone 5 for their newest entry, and at first glance the SE looks very if not completely similar to the iPhone 5/5S. Only this time they added more colour options for the phone, adding on Gold and Rose Gold as other options for colour. While it seems that the outside of the phone will look similar to the iPhone 5, it's the tech for the phone that was changed this time. The processor is the same A9 chip used in the iPhone 6S, which makes it equally zippy and responsive to running apps and games. The camera is a 12MP camera, same as the iPhone 6S. Ok I noticed a trend here, all the tech is basically THE SAME as the iPhone 6S, it's just that the SE doesn't have 3D Touch. So technically what Apple has made is an an iPhone with the design of the iPhone 5S with the fast and fancy tech specs of the iPhone 6S.

And finally we come onto the price, this was what completely shocked me. In an attempt to attract consumers, Apple has made the SE the cheapest iPhone they have ever made, with the standard 16GB model starting only at $399. Considering what you get for the price, it's actually not too shabby. You get the performance of the iPhone 6S for about $200-300 less than the iPhone 6S itself. I might consider buying it since I have used my reliable and still working iPhone 4 since 2010.

Well that's my first impressions of the new iPhone SE, what do you guys think? Oh and Easter break just started today for me, so I'm looking forward to study for my IGCSEs haha... Oh how funnn. Anyways take care guys and I'll see you in the next post. Adios!
