Moving on to pastures new
Hey guys and welcome back! After the really emotional and sad last day at ISP, I had a whole 3 weeks to wind down and relax. It was a really much deserved rest in my opinion, after the stressful times enduring exam after exam. Not only did I have the chance to relax, but I also had the chance to check out and visit my new school, which is Taylor's University. It's a humungous campus, filled with a small mall and even a lake. The sheer size of the place really boggles my mind, not to mention over the thousands of students there studying and going about their daily business.
I'm scheduled to start studying at Taylor's on the 27th, which is in a day's time. Honestly I'm quite excited to fill a new chapter in my life, but also anxious because this is will literally be my first time going to a university. It's very different from normal secondary school, you have to be more independent in tackling day to day challenges and the lecturers are just there to give you information and to help you out, the rest is up to self-study of the subject you're learning. I can certainly see that this will be a big and difficult transition, but with resilience and perseverance I think I will be able to make the transition to university life and soon enough it will become second nature. I just found out that one of my friends will also move to Taylor's from ISP, so at least I'm not the only one. Anyways that's all for now, I'll probably write another post once I get used to uni life. Until then have an awesome day guys and adios!
